Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy – All shipping will be done with USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping will be most economically processed unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
It typically takes 7-10 business days to ship out products to you.
We will send you a tracking number when it leaves the warehouse.
Return Policy
Undamaged items must be returned within 5 days in original packaging. There will be an 18% restocking fee for all equipment returned.
Cancellation/Return Policy
$300 cancellation fee. Service call fee/truck roll $95.
If the user ends monthly payment on the leased equipment, it is incumbent on the customer to return the equipment supplied by Wifinatix within 5 days undamaged. There is no refund for the prepaid service due. Customer is responsible for any damaged equipment. If the customer chooses to buy the leased equipment, Wifinatix will negotiate a price.
